Where is Quick Print?

I'm a $10/month Office subscriber. I have been using Outlook 2013 with no issues. I have to print a very large number of emails each day for work. Thus Quick Print on my Quick Access Toolbar has been used dozens of times a day.

My computer died, and I have a new one. I installed Office 2016 which is what is available from the MS Office website. And.... Quick Print isn't anywhere to be seen on the Quick Access Toolbar or anywhere else in Outlook 2016. (It's definitely still there in Word 2016.) The only option I find is the full Print dialog. And that's a real problem. With the number of emails I have to print, that adds a real substantial amount of time to my work each day.

So:

1) Am I missing Quick Print somewhere?

2) If Quick Print is truly gone from Outlook 2016, is there any way for me to get and install good old Outlook 2013, which fully met my needs? (The new computer is Win7 also, so no compatibility issues.)
