where do users change their phone number for resetting O365 password

I have clicked and clicked everywhere, but nowhere can I find an option for users to change the e-mail address and/or phone number they use for resetting a lost password on https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com

Surely this must be possible, but where di I find it???

only the admin could see the link you provided in the portal below.

 

in this situation, you need to send the don't lose access to your account link to the users or let them log into http://aka.ms/ssprsetup to set up or change alternate phone number or email address. we appreciate your understanding.

 

note: the alternate phone number or email address for resetting password will be stored in the azure ad. that’s why the user cannot find them in office 365 portal.  for the detailed information, please refer to the following article:
