Based on your description, I understand that you have encountered the problem that OneDrive cannot be synchronized with Samsung Gallery. I understand your feelings, and this problem is indeed troubling.
You mentioned WhatsApp. Are all the media files in Samsung Gallery unable to be synchronized successfully or only the media in WhatsApp unable to be synchronized?
And if Google Photos cannot synchronize files either, please confirm the network connection status on your phone, and test multiple media files and different cloud service platforms to confirm whether the upload is due to damaged media files.
And you can try to visit OneDrive.com to test whether you can upload files on the web. If you cannot upload it either, is there an error message?
If only the media files in WhatsApp cannot be synchronized, please try to resave the files in WhatsApp and try to upload them again.
