What is the new menu on the right side of my outlook and how do I remove it?

What is the name of this new menu in outlook 2016 and how do I get rid of / hide it?

Hi Anthony,

Thank you for posting your query in Microsoft Office Community.

This menu you get when you have enabled Touch mode, to switch to Mouse Mode follow the steps.

1. Click the drop-down arrow to the right of the Quick Access toolbar, then select Touch/Mouse Mode from the drop-down menu.

2. The Touch/Mouse Mode button will appear, Click on that and select Mouse from the drop-down menu.
