what is the difference between office 365 and microsoft 365

I am so confused! I have purchased Office 365 for several years and use it all the time, but I constantly being offered microsoft 365 & when I try to find out what it is I get taken to Office 365 pages.

Please can someone help - or explain why I should change or do anything?
