What is oneyearIAP? I am being billed $19.99 annually for this from Microsoft and I don't know what it is.

Raymond, Thanks for your reply, but I am really just trying to find out what the $19.99 is paying for. (They call it oneyearIAP) I don't know what oneyearIAP is, so I don't know if I need to keep it or cancel it.

I just noticed this $19.99 charge for OneYearIAP as well. I did the Microsoft support chat and they told me was it was for network and VPN. When I pressed for more info, I was just asked if I'd like a refund and I said yes. They processed the refund. So, while I don't know how or by whom the charge was authorized, it will be removed and refunded so I'm happy with the outcome.

I was able to find this description. If you read a little bit into it you can get the basics of what this is and then make a decision on whether you want/need it.

I was just billed for renewal, although I have been limited to the free subscription since May. This would be OK if I were not billed for renewal. The account services link simply goes blank, but I agree that I signed up a year ago. When I try to open the chat support, it says I am logged in but must log in again. I got the reply that my phone call would be returned in 16 mins, but it has gone over an hour.

As far as I can see, the subject of that page is no way related to IAP .

I just got this surprising bill as well. I cancelled. But, Microsoft online support says it cannot cancel the current subscription and issue a refund.

I cannot find an email or live chat to request a refund and cancel this forced subscription.

I read that you have a subscribtion for puzzel games for 99.99$ a year. If this is correct I wanted to change my monthly subscribtion to a yearly subscribtion. Is it possible??
