Visio Online Plan 2 - Instructions for Data Visualizer for "Fabrikam Assembly" Example?

I have an active MS Visio Online Plan 2 (ver 1902) subscription and I'm trying to figure out how to recreate the Visio diagram using the Data Visualizer shown in the example below for the "Fabrikam Assembly".

I've tried my desktop app running on Windows 10 Enterprise, Visio online portal via Chrome, iPad viewer app... Via the desktop application I can get to the Basic Flowchart - Data Visualizer, Cross-Functional Flowchart - Data Visualizer, and Audit Diagram - Data Visualizer but none provide the view in the Fabrikam Assembly examples.

The how-to documents and videos I've found for Data Visualizer don't use the Fabrikam Assembly for their steps and don't produce the type of diagram shown below. I can't even find the stencils and shapes shown in this example so I'm a bit frustrated after two days trying to find the appropriate how-to's, videos, paid training, source excel files, templates, etc. 

I also see the example of the "Fabrikam Assembly" on several other MSFT and 3rd party sites (listed at the below the main example) but these are all just pictures or videos and do not contain anything that appears to help me to recreate this... any help is greatly appreciated!

I tried searching, but I couldn’t find anything about this flowchart either.

Do you know the names of the shapes? If you know the names of the shape, you can search them in the search bar. To know how to find the shapes, see Find more shapes and stencils

Sorry if I wasn't clear. While the look and feel is something I wanted to duplicate, its more than just finding the shapes used in the Fabrikam Assembly example... which by the way I found all the shapes but one so far... I think.

The more important thing I want to figure out, using this Fabrikam Assembly example is to duplicate the Data Visualizer features as specifically shown in this example.

Other than the very limited view of the external source data in the screenshot I had provided in my original post, I've no clue how that example data is structured in Excel (assuming its pulling from Excel).

If I could get my hands on the source data that the Fabrikam Assembly example is pulling from, then I could figure out how to toggle the fields in the legend the way it is illustrated in the screenshot I provided and in the other one's available via the links I included.

That said, while I'm only (maybe) 1/2 way to what I'm trying to achieve. I don't see any option for me to add a file attachment to this point, other than a picture so I don't know how I can share that here... any suggestions on how to do that and I'll be happy to share my work with anyone that might want/need it too.

That said, I still need to figure out the external data to do the rest and I'm not sure how to go about that, unless the MSFT team that built that Fabrikam Assembly demo.

There's also a related "Fabrikam Engine Plant" example I've visually emulated as best I could given the obscured view in the screenshot I found for it (see below). You can see from the list on the left there is at least another one called "Chassis Plant" and possibly others like "Production Dashboard". I would love to be able to get my hands on additional screenshots and again, source data files for emulating any Data Visualizer functionality.

Any help finding out, who at MSFT built these demo's and getting their examples published for others to learn from would be greatly appreciated! :-)

The Fabrikam Assembly is an example Microsoft created for presenting. So, there’s no template available. We apologize for not providing the Visio file as this is not available on any public site.

In addition, if you wish to see other Data Visualizer templates in Visio, you are welcome to submit your suggestion in Visio UserVoice page. UserVoice is the best way to give the feedback to Product Group as it’s actively monitored by them and many new features have been implemented from our customers feedback.
