If you using OneDrive for Business, then please let us know the following:
1. What’s the file type of this video?
2. How did you upload it, via OneDrive app from your phone? if so, please try getting the video to the computer and then upload it to OneDrive for Business and see if it will rotate. We can do this to see if the cause will be this file itself.
3. Do you play this video on your phone OneDrive app or OneDrive for business online on your desktop after uploading it?
4. Did you record this video under the vertical screen or horizontal screen?
