Using Share point for RFI's and Submittal

Hi,


I was wondering if there is a way to do the request for information and Submittal process for construction using sharepoint?


It would essentially be asking a question and adding attachments and then being able to respond and approve these submissions.

Yeah, you can proceed with Power Apps and develop an app, users can access the app and submit the form, once the submission is done, the responses will be added as a list items in the connected SharePoint Online to the Power Apps.
