URGENT - Microsoft Authenticator App code not working.

Hi There,

I did setup microsoft authenticator app for office 365 account.

but it is not taking the 6digit code, I am trying to enter. It is showing below screens

Please help ASAP as I am unable to access my company emails and it is impacting my work.

Thanks for your screenshot. Based on your screenshot, you didn't enter correctly 6 digit code. If you make sure you have entered the correct code, please try to clear your browser cache and check if the issue persists. 

If it doesn't work, you can contact your admin and ask your admin to help you to reset your MFA (multi-factor authentication). For detailed steps to set up MFA, you can refer the link below:
