Urgent Help - Error Code 30016-22

Office 365 stopped opening yesterday - "something went wrong."  I started working on it again this morning - after turning off antivirus protection I am now getting error message 30016-22.  Have reviewed other queries in this community and not finding my answer/solution.

Found this thread which did not offer me any new solutions:  This error sometimes occurs due to missing or damaged installation files. For workarounds, see Troubleshoot installing Office 365, Office 2016, and Office 2013

I'm obviously overlooking something.

Running Windows 7.  Recently installed Office 365 easily and have had no problems.

It is deadline day for me and I AM DESPERATE.  Please advise.

Thanks in advance,

PollyK
