unresolved recipients message prevents email to multiple addresses from being sent
Recently changed from Entourage to Outlook for Mac 2011. Am trying to send a letter with attachments to multiple BCC recipients. Each time I get the Error Message "A message could not be sent" with details of "The message could not be sent because it
has unresolved recipients." There is nothing to show WHICH recipients address are unresolved. In Entourage, the message would be sent to all possible recipients and an Unable to deliver message sent back to me for the addresses that did not work. Why doesn't
Outlook do that? Is my only option to send an email to individual recipients? Help, please!

I found the answer after some additional thinking. When my address list (in Mail) was selected and pasted into Outlook the names were separated by a comma. When I changed my default email to Outlook and then clicked "Send email to class" the addresses
then came up in Outlook in the proper format. I selected all, copied, and pasted the addresses to the pre-formatted email and it worked. Before, when transferring the address that were correctly formated in Mail, the formatting was lost when copying to Outlook.
Thanks for responding to my question.
