First of all, sorry for the late reply. We have seen the case and would like to help you with the issue.Regarding
your issue, could you please let us know how have you login to Teams app (such as have you received any email invitation to join in Teams or you just add your user id and password to login in Teams client app or Teams online app) ? Generally if two users (with
individual user id and password) from the same school or organization wants to login in Teams, we suggest you to use different browser with InPrivate mode and check the result.
If any error occurs during Teams login, please provide us screenshot for the error message.
