Unable to install Office 365, error "12029-4".

I purchased the subscription service to Microsoft office 360 but in attempting to install on my HP computer received the error message 12029-4.  What do I do?

We apologize for the inconvenience caused as you’re unable to install Office 2013 suite.

To resolve the issue of installation hangs, you may try the following steps and check if that works.

1. Firstly, run the Office 365 fix it again to remove the traces completely.

2. Once done restart the computer in Clean Boot to disable any third party applications that may be interfering the installation then try to install Office 365.

NOTE: Ensure the computer is restarted back to normal mode after the Clean Boot is performed.

3. If the issue still persists then you may follow the general troubleshooting steps provided in the article below for installation failures of Office 365 and check if that helps to resolve the issue:
