Please confirm whether your personal Microsoft account has the same alias and password as your Office 365 work or school account. If so, after changing your personal Microsoft account password, please try reinstalling OneDrive app. And
then log into OneDrive with your personal account and set it up.
After you set it up, right-click the white OneDrive icon>Settings>Account>Add an account>Type your account again. For details, check Tailc's reply in
If that's not your situation, to clarify your situation, please confirm the following information:
1.Share your OneDrive version with us. Right-click the OneDrive icon in System Tray>Settings>About.
2.Please try signing into OneDrive on a different computer in your organization to see the result.
3.Can other users in your organization sign into the OneDrive client with the Office 365 work or school account(e.g. firstname.lastname@example.org )?
