Text wrapping breaks on Mac

Using Microsoft Word for Mac 16.35 (20030802) on macOS 10.15.3.

How can I insert so-called "text wrapping breaks" in documents?  It's available on Windows as explained here, but I cannot find any possible way on Mac.

It can open documents containing text wrapping breaks made in Windows and they work just as expected.  The symbol looks identical to a normal line break, but you can copy and paste it anywhere without losing its functionality.

After  creating the macro, you can add a Quick Access Toolbar icon and/or a keyboard shortcut to make it more convenient to run. Please post again if you need help doing either of those.

Though text-wrapping breaks are not in the Mac user interface, they're easy to add with a macro:

Sub InsertTextWrappingBreak()
    Dim oRange As Range

    Set oRange = Selection.Range
    With oRange
        .Collapse Direction:=wdCollapseStart
        .InsertBreak Type:=wdTextWrappingBreak
    End With
End Sub

Here's how breaks appear in the Office 365 version of 2019 (v16.35):
