お願いします。

赤丸の【EXCELで開く】が消えました。

回復方法をご教授願います。


こんにちは。
消えてしまったあとのスクリーンショットもありますか？
また、ダウンロードしてからExcelで開くことはできますか？

ダウンロードしてからEXCELで開く事は可能です。

Teams上でExcelファイルを展開し、画面右上の【・・・】からドロップダウン項目の中から、

【Excelで開く】が消え、

【ブラウザーで開く】【↓ダウンロード】のみとなっています。

どうやらTeamsもCOVID-19による利用者増加に伴う機能の調整も行っており、それが原因の可能性もありますが、念の為再インストールなどは試せますか？

再インストールは試しましたが駄目でした。
アメリカ在住の為、Microsoft へ、フリーダイヤルでの問い合わせもかなわず苦慮しておりました。
復旧を待ってみます。
