Teams Custom Background for call

In the video https://www.linkedin.com/embed/feed/update/urn:li:ugcPost:6646786497422987264?compact=1 Aya demonstrates how to change a call background (at 1:07) on Teams via the "Custom Setup" button of the Start call dialog.

In my case, the same button is named "PC Mic and Speakers" as in the picture below, and I have no setting after clicking it to change my background for the call.

Where went it wrong? Am I missing an update? Do I need some extension? Is it a permissions issue? Etc.

This is the ultimate now or never moment for MS Teams. They are dropping the ball big-time.

Exactly, Been stating this since last year first quarter. Company working from home with Covid situation and need more than a blur. That is so 90's. Switching to something more up to date, sleek and professional. (Practically all the other programs).
