I'm having some vision problems and need to enlarge the ENTIRE view of MS Project on-screen. I can only find a way to zoom the Gantt chart pane. This was requested and discussed back in 2015, has anything been done to accommodate users needing display adjustments to work effectively with this software? User interface flexibility is crucial, not everyone can see tiny fonts and working from home limits many of us to laptop screens where everything shrinks down. We need a way to focus in on the part of the application we're using, and the Gannt display is less critical than the actual data entry area!

I have some bad news for you. There is no way to zoom the Microsoft Project screen, such as we find with Microsoft Word or Microsoft Excel, for example. Sorry, but hope this helps.

Of course it doesn't help (not being cranky, pure statement of fact). Microsoft is fully accommodating to people with disabilities in the other applications - it is entirely reasonable to think they would extend those same features to Project. Even the text on this page can be easily upsized with a simple Ctrl+ combo.
Microsoft needs to hear from users that zooming the graphic representation but not the actual data entry area is a bit backward. The data is far more critical to see clearly. Reformatting the entire data section for the purpose of screen viewing, then having to reformat AGAIN for print is extremely cumbersome. Even without my vision issues, displaying a working schedule during a meeting is a challenge when there is no control over the text display. Virtually or in-person, I have repeatedly encountered problems with participants being able to read the data. Just the facts.
If Project is going the way of Briefcase and other features useful to end users, let us know. Leaving it orphaned like this makes me think that's the probable future.

Don't yell at me about this. I'm a volunteer, and NOT a Microsoft employee. :(

VR TC,
As Dale notes, we are just volunteers trying to help other users. When it comes to adding features or improving an application we can't help but Microsoft has set up a link for doing just that. I suggest you submit your request through this:
