Table of Contents, Tab Leader not working all the time

Hi just wondering if any one would be able to help me with a little problem I'm having with a table of contents.

After updating my document with some content, my table of contents is now showing two headings with the page number directly after the heading, where as the other headings are showing up normaly in the right place.

Below I have attached an image with the problem visable on the Proposal heading. As you can see the other headers which are all using the same styling are working as expected.

Just wondering if any one would be able to help me as I need to have this printed and bound within the next few days.

Thanks for any help given.

Also I'm currently using the most upto date version of word (1901) and the document is a shared document on Microsoft Teams.

Answer
If you put the selection in the PROPOSAL entry in the Table of Contents, you will almost certainly see a tab stop on the ruler at the position of the numeral 5.  If so, click on that tab stop and drag it downwards off the ruler.
Hope this helps,
