Sync icon overlays are missing from OneDrive

Hello

Windows 10 version 1809 build 17763.557

OneDrive version 2019 build 19.086.0502.006

The OneDrive Sync icon overlays are missing

I have tried:

1. sfc /scannow

2. uninstall / reinstall OneDrive

3. Microsoft fix will not run reporting OneDrive for Business not installed https://support.office.com/en-ie/article/sync-icon-overlays-are-missing-from-onedrive-and-onedrive-for-business-b25070ab-2226-4ad8-b1fc-ae28cc44ecd2

4. enable / disable files on demand

5. enable / disable 'Let me use OneDrive to fetch any of my files....'

6. Looking at the registry there are no entries for OneDrive under  

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\ShellIconOverlayIdentifiers 

Any help would be appreciated

Your concern about Sync icon in OneDrive is out of the Microsoft Community's scope of support. Because of this, I recommend submitting your concern to our OneDrive Email support. Follow these steps to do so:  Sign in to onedrive.com using any browser.  Click the ? icon (Help icon) on the top banner of the page.  Select  Email OneDrive Support, submit your concern and then follow the prompts to request support.  You can also visit OneDrive Help Center for additional help.
