Sway is not uploading or downloading anything today. Also I'm being blocked from support contact for some reason this afternoon whereas this morning I was able to contact an advisor. I use Sway a lot on my community homepage so this is very inconvenient, as is not knowing where the problem is. Hello Mucrosoft? Anybody there?

The issue you reported appears to be related to the service incident. This issue was posted to the Service Status Dashboard (SHD) as an incident SW806219 - Some users may experience slowness and intermittent issues loading the Sway service, as of Friday, June 28, 2024 at 7:53:08 PM (CST).
Title: Some users may experience slowness and intermittent issues when loading the Sway service
User impact: Users may experience slowness and intermittent issues when loading the Sway service.
Current status: We are reviewing the service monitoring telemetry to isolate the source of the issue and establish a solution.
Scope of impact: The impact is specific to users receiving service through the affected infrastructure who are attempting to load the Sway service.
You can contact your Microsoft 365 admin and go to the Microsoft 365 admin center to check if your tenant is affected by this service incident. If yes, monitor for the latest information.
However, if your tenant isn't affected by this service incident, because it looks like a temporary server-side issue, generate a support ticket to report this issue to the related team by generating a support ticket from the Microsoft 365 admin center. The support team there has more permissions than us, they can also involve more resources to investigate the issue from the backend. This would be the most efficient way to handle this case for you.
At the same time, we also noticed that you mentioned you have been blocked to contact support. May I know if you use the way above to raise a ticket? If not, you can refer to way above to raise a ticket.

Same issues experiencing here since 23:00 28/06/2024 in the UK.
Any idea when issue will be resolved? - Issues with Microsoft applications are begining to become more frequent so maybe change the wording from Productivity for your apps because if it goes down we cant use it, so not really productive is it?

Hi Sukie,
Can you give us an update on this please. Microsoft Showcase Schools applications are due on Monday and must include a Sway. Without access I cannot put the application together.
