Hi,
we're getting an error when sending a mail from a non-microsoft-server (***domain is removed from privacy***) to a Office365-mailbox. The mail contains following message:
"Dieser Absender hat unsere Tests zur Betrugserkennung nicht bestanden und ist möglicherweise nicht der, der er zu sein scheint. Weitere Informationen über Spoofing"
The mail header contains a hint:
> received-spf: TempError (protection.outlook.com: error in processing during lookup of ********: DNS Timeout)
But his error isn't temporarily, we've got it multiple times an the DNS server is working and returns correct SPF record (v=spf1 a mx include:spf.protection.outlook.com include:*******.com include:spf.******* -all). The "a" is included to allow ***domain is removed from privacy*** sending mails.
What can we do to avoid the spoofing message?
Regards,
Alex.
