Sorting data in multiple worksheets

I converted a PDF file to an Excel 2003 workbook. The excel file has 142 worksheets. I need to sort the data. Is there a way other than copying worksheets 2-142 (one at a time) to the end of sheet #1 to sort all the data in the workbook?

Probably...but, it depends on the structure of the data in the 142 sheets.

If it's set up like a database table (column headings at the top, data rows below the headings, same headings on all sheets) there are ways to consolidate the data. Can you describe your data structure?
