i just want to shared how i solved my problem, since i search my problem everywhere and found nothing..
so my problem is i got blank white screen while log-in microsoft account on desktop app for word / excel / one note , after i type my email, hit the next button, suddenly it was blank, there is no troubleshooting for a blank screen, i search the solution back and forth, trying all the suggestion but it didn't worked, until i accidentally try over internet option setting
here how i fix this: go to control panel, then internet option, choose tab advanced, choose reset(reset internet explorer setting)
then, suddenly the blank screen can be access.
