Sign In problem in offline office 365 installer

I have an office 365 premium subscription and I have installed in desktop windows 7 professional. After installation when I access to office applications and when sign-in page open it shows me a blank screen with the background image. is there any error or bug in installations, if yes please guide me through some steps to resolve it.

Hi Deepak,

Thanks for posting in the community, I’m glad to offer help.

According to the picture, please first check your network environment, try to switch to another connection and disable proxy, also you can try to login using different Office apps.

If you have installed Outlook, you can try to add you account in Outlook and check if other Office apps can login automatically.

 

If you have tried but problem persists, can you try to follow the below steps and check the outcome:

1.    Enter “Credential Manager” in Windows search and click to open it > Windows Credentials > Remove the Microsoft Office Credentials if there are any.

2.    Enter “Access work or school” in Windows search > Remove your problematic account if it’s connected to your Windows.

3.    Now, follow the below steps:

a.      Click on Windows logo key + R> Enter regedit> Navigate to following path “HKEY_CURRENT_USER > Software > Microsoft >Office > 16.0 >Common > Identity

b.    Inside "Identity", create a new REG_DWORD (Type) value called "EnableADAL" (Name) and leave the value at 0 (Data)

Note: Right Click on the mouse> Click New> DWORD (32 bit) value.

c.      After performing all the steps, please restart your PC and try to sign into Office applications.

WARNING: Using Registry Editor incorrectly can cause serious problems that may require you to reinstall your operating system. Microsoft cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the incorrect use of Registry Editor can be solved. Use Registry Edit at your own risk. 

If still can’t sign in, please provide the full screenshot of the Office Product Information, you can go to Word/Excel > File > Account > Product Information and take a screenshot, please mask your personal information such as email address, photo, etc.
