SharePoint in Office 365 apps list

Hi there,

we lost SharePoint icon in Office 365 apps list.

We have the previous accesses, we can login to admin center and any website but we can not see the icon!

How can we bring it back to the list?

Hi Mary,

Thank you for posting your question in this community. 

Per your description, you can’t see SharePoint icon in your Office 365 apps page, while I can see it.

Based on my search, please check the following:

1. Ensure you have the SharePoint Online license, please go to https://portal.office.com/account/#subscriptions to capture the screenshot here and let us know the result. Check if you are able to find "SharePoint Online" listed there. If not please contact your Office 365 admin to assign the license to you.

2. Try a different browser to see the result.

2. If you are administrator, please go to SharePoint admin center> Settings> Show or Hide App Tiles to make sure your SharePoint are selected as Show. If you are not the SharePoint administrator, please contact your administrator to check it.
