I'm currently building a team site on Sharepoint. We have an Outlook calendar, this calendar syncs to this Calendar view on our Sharepoint page, but I can't manage to find out how to change this into a monthly/weekly view like in Outlook Monthly view. Is this an option at all?

Welcome in Microsoft community.
I went through your problem description and did the test at my end. Based on my findings, I was not able to find days, weeks, and months to my webpart calendar. Therefore, I would suggest providing Feedback to Microsoft. For your reference, see: Feedback · Community (microsoft.com) .
Below is the possible workaround to this problem you can try and check the result:
In your Modern page, go to Site settings > HTML Field Security > and add outlook.office.com.
Go to Chrome browser and add this extension, Ignore X-Frame headers.
Create a modern page > web part > Group calendar > Embed and add this in the :
Website address or embed code window will appear.
After pasting the code in that window, Outlook will appear on your SharePoint webpart like this:
Note: the drawback of this workaround is that it may only work in Chrome browser and doesn’t not work in other browsers such as Edge, etc.
