Share button does not appear for OneNote on WIndows 10

As per your description, if possible can you confirm if you sign-in OneNote Windows 10 app using your personal account(not your organization account) then are you able to see the "Share" button? It will be helpful to find the reason.

If only occur when using organizational email address, then it mean your admin restrict policy(IT security policy disabled the sharing button).

Thank you for your help! I do believe it is a restriction from Admin with the information that you have provided as well as another user. I am able to see the Share button on the Notebook that is not connected to the organizational email address.
