Set up maximum attendees in Ms. Bookings

I have a problem when setting up maximum attendees in Ms. Bookings.

I use Ms. Bookings for room reservation. For example if we want to set up a room so it can be utilized by maximum 45 people, we will key in "45" in the "Services" section. However, it does not work well. A room even only can be booked by 1 people.

Do you know how to solve this problem?

May I know whether you are using room mailbox for Bookings for room reservation?

When you say “A room even only can be booked by 1 people”, do you mean that time slot is not available to book for the room or else?

However, I have checked on my side by set up maximum 45 attendees using room mailbox can be booked more than one users for room reservation. Here is the screenshot for your reference.

Moreover, if this is not your scenario or I have misunderstood anything, please correct me and provide us with detailed Services setting steps screenshot including the issue via the Private Message so that we can better understand and further assist you.

Please find the screenshot attached.

Actually this booking form is created by my team member; therefore I would like to propose whether it is possible for us to have a call via Ms. Teams (me, my team member and you) to investigate it directly why the form is unable to accept the booking for more than 1 people.

If you are okay, please share you email, so I can invite you through ms. teams.

Thanks for the detailed screenshots. However, we are not allow to use Teams for remote access support in our forum. We can only troubleshoot here in the forum. Regarding this point, we would truly appreciate your kind understanding. 

A room mailbox is a resource mailbox that's assigned to a physical location, such as a conference room, an auditorium, or a training room. If you have a conference room that everyone needs to use, then you can create a room mailbox in Microsoft 365 for each resource. See Create and manage room mailboxes

As per the screenshot, I have notice that you have Default Duration set for Days 1. 

Therefore, I would suggest you please change Default Duration to Hours and Minutes based such as screenshot below to check this issue.

If you still having problem then please provide us with the detailed screenshot about “the form is unable to accept the booking for more than 1 people” via the private message for further analysis.

We have tried to set the duration to 9 hours however the dates are still unavailable for 2nd people and so on to book.

You may try to set the duration 1 Hour to see whether the problem still occurs. Please let me know the result.

Actually the booking is intended to reserve a room for 1 day. In this case the room can be booked by 45 people at max.

Okay noted, we will try to change the duration to 1 hour. Will revert to you for updating the result.

We have tried to set the booking period to 1 hour. However the result still remains the same: 6 and 7 August are indicated as unavailable (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***.

I have an idea, could you prepare a page of booking that similar with our booking page above, then share to us the Services and other settings so we can replicate those to our booking page.

Alternatively, I have an idea to use Ms. Forms that is much simpler than this. However do you know how to set up a notification if there are more than 45 people that already booked the room?
