See my replies in Outlook conversation view version 16.0.6366.2062

i just recently updated by office version from office 365 and discovered that a very handy feature was gone from outlook.

the ability to see my own replies in conversation view.

according to this link

https://support.office.com/en-us/article/change-options-for-viewing-messages-in-conversations-576b2569-74a4-4514-8114-4ce8cdf4bff3?ui=en-us&rs=en-us&ad=us

clicking on the show messages from other folders option in the conversation settings fixes the problem as 'other folders' include the sent folder, this was true for the previous version but not for the new version.

please let me know how to restore this feature.

by the way, mac users have reported this same issue with the mac version since the middle of 2015

Hi Alex,

Thanks for the updates.

I have done some tests with the same Outlook client version but cannot reproduce the same issue. Since the issue is a little odd, would you mind use the Fix it tool to uninstall Office applications and then reinstall them to see if the issue persists? If so, please capture the sympathy screenshots without modifying for our analysis.

To protect your privacy, please upload the screenshots into a workspace I have created for you. I have sent you a private message with the workspace information. You can access the private message via the link: https://community.office365.com/en-us/user/conversations

Hello Aaron,

I uninstalled Office 365 from Control Panel/Programs and Features, then I went back to portal.office.com to reinstall.

After the installation the problem appears to be solved, I am now able to see my conversations with my replies.

Thank you for your assistance,

Alex
