Saving a search in OneNote as a note page

OneNote Windows addition used to have a feature that let you save search results as a OneNote page.

Does that still exist in the OneNote 2016 for Windows or OneNote for Mac?

If not, is there a workaround?

It was a terrific feature because it used the filtering in the search function (page/section/notebook).

I need this DESPERATELY as I'm writing a paper that could leverage almost 3 years of notes (aka 3+ OneNote notebooks).

Hi Jagger,

Thanks for your detailed explanation. We could understand your feeling.

However, we couldn't save the search result as a new page on OneNote now.

Given the situation, we suggest you vote for your requirement to UserVoice, which will help better our products and services.
