SaRa install not working "sorry we can't' run the support and recovery assistant because it is already installed from a location on your network"

Hi,

When I tried to launch SaRa install program, found at https://aka.ms/SaRa-Assisted, the program is directly showing an error "sorry we can't' run the support and recovery assistant because it is already installed from a location on your network". I searched for the program on my computer and found nothing. Nothing to desinstall in the settings app too.

Can you help me to find Registry key to delete or anything ?

I've had a similar problem.

I modified uninstallation infomation and it worked. 

Please type following command in command prompt on your user account with error.

REG ADD "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\SaRA" /v "SaraInstalled" /t REG_SZ /d "0" /f

Instead, You can remove entire the key from registry hive.

These may help you to solve your problem.

I ran the code you recommended yet I cannot get beyond a message: "verifying application requirements. this may take a few moments"

Copied SaRA exe to c:\temp running locally, launch executable get DOS windows nothing else install never runs no error at all. I have run this installer from c:\temp on multiple machines any other suggestions, I did do the suggestion given made sure to reboot after changing registry same result.

Any help greatly appreciate.

Si me sirvio genial lo que hay que hacer es copiar todo el texto abrir abrir el CMD pegar y ejecutar y listo se resolvio el problema en estos momentos ya pude reinstalarlo... saludos Gracias
