Requesting Refund Microsoft

I need help requesting a refund. I forgot to cancel my subscription and it it charged me. I tried to look for answers and the support page says click Request a refund. I do not see that when i clicked view orders. Its been less than 24 hours. Also it says pending. Please help.

-On the page , enter the details of your concern and click Get Help.


-Sign in using your Microsoft account

-Select the Product

-Choose Billing and click Confirm

-Click "Chat with a Support Agent"

A representative from Microsoft will assist you further to with your refund request.

It takes SEVERAL DAYS for the MS computer accounting system to process refunds (I'm guessing they are running it on a standalone DOS computer ... <sigh>). So if it says "pending", wait until friday. If it isn't in your account by then, contact MS billing support as suggested by the advisors.
