Request read receipts and delivery notifications using an Smtp Relay

I trying to found a way to set all the emails send from an account  Request read receipts and delivery notifications this account is configure in an application and is not configure in Outlook.

Hi ESPINOZA1983,

Request read receipts is a feature within mail applications. In Outlook, you can follow the link below to set it up:

But if you are using SMTP relay, it is impossible to set up on Office 365 side. The feature is based on mail application. If your mail application doesn't have this feature, you cannot set up Request read receipts using SMTP relay. Thanks for your understanding.
