Dear Microsoft Team,
I was charged for recurring subscription on 2nd July 2020 for Microsoft 365 Family, and this was by accident as I do not mean to continue the subscription for the period from July 2020 - June 2021. I have cancelled the subscription yesterday, 5th July 2020.
My questions are as follows:-
1. What do I do to request for a refund?
2. Will the refund be in full amount?
3. Do I have to contact my bank as it is a credit card transaction?
