Recover talmeez id.... looking for help

I HAD FORGOTTEN MY OFFICE 365 username and password both.

It was sent to my mail but mail has been deleted.

It was talmeez id.

AWARDED TO ME IN A PRIME MINISTER'S LAPTOP SCHEME.

How can i access it?

Actually i just use one time that account.. after some time i reset my laptop so all the information got lost.

please tell a perfect method to get my account back
