Hi,

Re-enabling the deactivated device should be done from the Azure Active Directory by the Global admin of the Office 365 organization. So, I request you provide your deactivated Device object ID to the Global admin to reactivate your device.

 

To get the Device list, access the following URL: https://myaccount.microsoft.com/device-list using your Office account and click the down arrow on the deactivated device.

 

After getting the Device object ID, please share it to your Global admin and ask him to access the following URL: https://aad.portal.azure.com/#blade/Microsoft_AAD_Devices/DevicesMenuBlade/Devices/menuId/ with Global admin account to reactivate it.
