Send an email to contact the OneDrive team, if you download the OneDrive application on your phone, you can open the OneDrive application, and then shake your phone up and down, will appear to send feedback page, (if not appear please shake a few times) you can click to send, click on the request for help, so you can also contact the OneDrive team.

Select Contact Support (sign in to your personal Microsoft account).
Click Get Help, then click Contact Support.
Then select these, click Confirm.
