Purchased MS office 365 activation failed

I bought MS Office 365 personal  subscription yesterday.  But now matter how I try - 

* Activation failed   

*Then when I uninstall and restart and reinstall Now I can not install MS Office in my laptop showing error  

* Now all my previously stored  files in  laptop are lost

It is very irritating ..  I was in between office work. Wasted a day of emotions and energy and productivity only by uninstalling and reinstalling, not to mention the money.  Now my laptops hangs a lot.  Now I lag behind a lot of work .

I'm sorry to hear that you're having this concern. Let's reboot your computer and open one of the Office app (e.g. Word). Now, sign in using the Microsoft account you used to subscribe to MS Office 365. Please refer to the link below for guidance.

If still no go, please follow the instructions below on how to download and install Office and make sure we didn't miss any step.

When doing these steps, please make sure pf a stable internet connection.

This happened to me before. It seems like it was not successful but when I checked, Office is already installed in my system.

It could also be that there are other versions of office installed in your computer.

Once you're in the list of apps installed on your computer, kindly check what Microsoft Office apps are currently installed.
