Publish an excel roster to outlook calendar

I produce a staff roster in excel (office 2007) & I want to publish this roster in the outlook calendar so staff can view their roster online any suggestions

In order to import calendar data in Outlook, you will format the excel file in certain format prior importing.

 

To get an example format, you can first export some entries from Outlook to Excel. Then use that format, include new entries and import in Outlook.

 

To export from Outlook to Excel:

File > Import and Export > Export to file > Next > Microsoft Excel > Select Calendar > Specify filename > Finish > Specify date range

 

To import from Excel to Outlook:
