Problem installing Office, Office Software Protection Platform

I have been trying to install Office 2013 for about a month now and I kept getting error 1603. I tried installing Office 2010 and I was getting the same error, I couldn't get Office 2016 installed either, I could only get Office 2007 installed.

I felt like I tried everything from Microsoft articles and various forum posts so I tried looking through the installer log files. Based on this it looks to me that it is some problem with installing OSPP:

Can anyone tell what it means and what could be the problem?
