Printing multiple copies MAC Ventura Upgrade - Office Update last week

At the same time as my MAC recently upgraded to Ventura, Microsoft Office installed an update.

So now, when I request printing only 1 copy in the dialog box, it still prints 3 copies or 6 copies per the quantity that was originally requested. How can I change this?

I am getting multiple copies of documents for which I only need ONE!

The latest driver for our printer was July 2022. So I hesitated downloading it earlier for this problem. Today my co-worker and I both reviewed what was happening and decided to download the Printer Driver from July 2022 and it has appeared to fix the problem.

My co-worker thinks that Ricoh/Savin must have fixed the problem during Beta for Ventura. But these printer suppliers need to know that if the drivers are 5 months older than the new software release we will be reluctant to believe that they will solve the issue created by the installation of the new computer software release. And so many other problems can be caused by assuming that older software can fix problems experienced after installing the latest updates of other software.
