Printing Excel Spreadsheet to PDF with Colour

Hi team,

I have an Excel Spreadsheet that I am trying to save as Adobe PDF / print to PDF. However, everytime I attempt this, I lose any cells that I have previously filled with colour.

For example - cells A1 to A5 are filled Red. When I hit print preview, the document is displayed exactly as it appears on my sheets. After I click print, the created PDF document has all cell colour removed.

I have checked my Page Setup settings, and under "Sheet" I have confirmed that both "Black and White" and "Draft Quality" are NOT selected. I have also been through every other page setting, and can't see anything else regarding printing to colour.

Patrick, have you tried saving as pdf rather than print to pdf. That is, save as>change to pdf.

The missing setting is not within the Excel page setup, check the Adobe Printer settings.
