Print the same worksheet TWICE on the same sheet of paper?

Hello!

I have one excel worksheet that I would like to print out twice but on the same side of one letter size sheet (i.e. so each worksheet is half of a letter sized paper).  I can adjust it down to a half sheet but when I hit 2 copies, it automatically defaults to printing in the correct 1/2 size but one per page (2 sheets print out).

Is there a macro I can set to solve this?

Any help would be much appreciated!!  Thank you in advance

Here is one option- based on your scenario where it appears you only need to do this with one page, and it sounds like a static report (you aren't setting this up in a newly created workbook every day)

Select the entire page that you want to have printed twice

Copy

Paste Special as linked picture, onto a different (blank) worksheet

Reformat that worksheet to landscape, if desired

Select the pasted (linked) image, and paste again next to the original

Set the page printing options to one page wide and one page tall (on the page layout ribbon)

If desired, adjust the page margins

Now when you make changes to the original sheet, those changes will automatically be reflected in both linked images. Print the linked image worksheet, and you will have two identical copies on the same page.

Of course, if you wanted to automate the above steps with a macro, you could do that too.

Copy and paste into Word (at full size) and then use Word's ability to Print two pages to a sheet, telling it to print pages 1,1.  Then you will get two prints of page one on the one sheet.
Hope this helps,

First, you can Copy the upper half and Paste Special it as Formatting in the lower half.

Then, in the lower half, delete content and use formulas (= [cell in upper half]) for each cell you need.
