In class I use powerpoint to follow the prof's slides and I take notes in the speaker notes section. However, lately my speaker notes aren't saved even though the document says that it's up to date. Because it's saying that it's saved, it isn't in the temp files and so there's no way to recover my notes. Why is this happening??

Hi, I'm Tim, an Independent Consultant here and a Microsoft user like you. I don't work for Microsoft and do not have access to any of your data on their system. Do you use OneDrive to save your notes to? Have you checked there? Kind regards Tim

Yes, I have had the same problem whether saving locally or straight to onedrive. The notes aren't present on the online onedrive version either.

Does the issue only happen with this particular file or other ones? Say for instance, if you opened the original file, made some changes and then saved to the desktop for ease of access, what would happen? Kind regards Tim
