PowerPoint "Remove Background" Problems

Hello everyone!

For the past week or so, I've been having a lot of trouble withPowerPoint's "Remove Background" feature. (I'm uploading an example photo of Bugs Bunny down below). In the first photo, you can tell that the outline is black. (it's a big blurry, only because I zoomed in).

In photo 2, when I try to mark the outline to keep, it's made up of different shades of white, gray, and black. When doing this just about a month ago, it worked perfectly. Is something messed up?

Thank you,

Hi Jim,

Regarding your concern about the "Remove Background" feature, does the white, gray and black shades that you are referring to is the lining within the picture? Please refer to the encircled parts on the image below:

Also, does this issue occurs on other picture that you are trying to use the "Remove Background" feature?

We will be waiting for your response.

Thank you.
