1. Update Office
Make sure your Office is up to date. New updates can fix issues with old updates.
Click File → Account → Update Options → Update Now.

2. Try an Office Repair:
The Repair Update fixes all Windows errors and retains all files, applications, and settings.
→ Close all Office programs.
→ Click the Start button , Settings , then Applications .
→ Choose Microsoft Office and click the Modify button.

→ Restart your computer.
