Portal office 365

I can not go to  portal.office.com.

The following error occurs:

with what the problem is connected, who faced such a problem help.

I suggest you to erase cache and cookies and try again.

If that doesn't work try in a different browser.

If the issue persist create a support case by phone, they will help you trough.

Try the following suggestion, check if there’s any difference:

  1. Try using a different browser or open a browser in InPrivate modeand then check if you can access Office 365 portal.
  2. Try signing in to Office portal when connected to a different network.

If you still get the same error, please provide the following information:

  1. Since when are you facing the issue?
  2. You are getting the error when you try to sign in to https://portal.office.com. Correct?
  3. If possible, check with your colleagues if they can sign in successfully.

We have a problem of the following nature, we can not go to the 365 Office portal because the settings in Azure have got lost and there is no local administrator in the Azure system.
August 6, we applied for Microsoft support waiting for help.
