[Please help] I can't stop forwarding emails from Office 365

Hi there, 

I use to forward my emails from office 365 to my personal email account. Right now, when i enter the Options page > Mails > Accounts > Forwarding, and presses on Stop forwarding, it just doesn't work. I am pestered daily by the spams of this account. Please, can any knowledgeable soul help me on this?

I have finally solved the issue!! :)

My admin found no forwarding rules set, but turns out there was a rule set under 'mail and sweep rules' to redirect all my emails to my personal account.

I have set a forwarding rule a few years back, before the interface of Office 365 made a change.

Post-upgrade, the forwarding rule was translated into a mail sweep rule.

Mystery solved, thank you for all your kind help, it has done me a great favor.
